TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- The above rates are Ex- Factory Barwala, District Panchkula, Haryana.
- The above rates are for Precast Interlocking Paving Blocks, Channels and Checkered Tiles in ordinary grey cement.
- For Red Colour Rs.4.00 and for other colours Rs.6.00 per sft. will be charged extra.
- Carriage shall be extra as actual.
- Loading and unloading is extra @ Rs. 0.10 + Rs. 0.10 per pc.
- VAT @ 12.5% or CST as applicable shall be extra.
- Octroi will be extra as actual.
- Delivery shall be made after 30 to 45 days from the date of receipt of confirmed order and supply will continue as per delivery schedule.
- Due to any increase in rates in raw materials in the market, we reserve the right to change the Price List without prior intimation.
- Where as all the efforts are made to maintain standard of colours, slight variation in shades may occur due to allotment of Cement from different Cement Units. The sample of tiles is only to give a general idea.
- Payment terms: 25% of order value along with confirmed Order and balance before delivery against Performa Invoice.
- Order once placed can not be cancelled.
